Terms of Service

The service

FrameVerify provides screening information to help you review images and video. Results are decision support. They are not a certified forensic examination and must not be presented as one.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password on the account and for activity that happens after a successful sign-in. Use a unique password of at least 12 characters.

Monthly plans

Basic is $69.99, Pro is $99.99, and Business is $149.99, billed every month through PayPal until you deactivate the plan. Deactivation in the dashboard stops new FrameVerify invoices. You must also cancel the subscription in PayPal so PayPal stops the charge.

Invoices

Each paid period produces a numbered invoice. You may download the PDF while signed in to the account that owns it.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you are not allowed to process. Do not attack the site, share passwords, or attempt to bypass another customer's account.
